I share an apartment with roommates. How does that work?

Three ways, and all of them are normal bookings here rather than awkward exceptions. We can clean the whole apartment and split the invoice between roommates so everyone pays their share directly. We can clean common areas only — kitchen, bathroom, living room, hallway — and leave bedrooms untouched, which is usually the cheapest option and the easiest to agree on. Or we can do a single-room turnover when someone moves out and a new roommate is arriving. Just tell us which when you book.

Which neighborhoods do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Bushwick, East Williamsburg, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Ridgewood, Bedford-Stuyvesant and Cypress Hills — all reachable in a short run from our office at 1112 DeKalb Avenue. There's no surcharge for any of them, including the ones over the Queens line or out toward Highland Park.

Can you clean a loft with fifteen-foot ceilings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it's a good part of what we do. Converted warehouse space needs extension poles for beams and ductwork, a brush head rather than a cloth for exposed brick, and a plan for steel-sash windows. A crew working from a stepladder simply leaves the top third of the space dirty, which is exactly what most people have experienced before they call us.

How much does house cleaning cost in Bushwick?

Our estimator gives you a flat-rate range in about thirty seconds based on bedrooms, bathrooms and the service you need. The rates are set for north Brooklyn — we don't apply Manhattan pricing here — and whatever the estimator shows, your exact figure is confirmed before we start and doesn't move afterwards.

Do I need to buy any supplies?

None. Vacuums, microfiber, extension poles and professional products all arrive with your cleaner. If there's a specific product you'd rather we used on a particular surface, leave it out with a note and we'll use yours.

Do I have to be home?

Accepted Answer

No, and most clients aren't. A key, a lockbox code, a door code, or an arrangement with a roommate all work. Every cleaner is background-checked, insured and bonded, and we lock up exactly as you've asked.

Question 7

My landlord is inspecting when I move out. Can you clean to that standard?

Accepted Answer

That's what our move-out service is for. It covers inside every cabinet and closet, inside the oven and refrigerator, behind the appliances, and the marks that only appear once the furniture is gone — which is exactly what a landlord checks. We'll send photographs of the finished apartment if you want documentation.

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it at no charge. No form to fill in, no argument about whether it qualifies.
